Contact WallyPark customer service to contest any booking cancelation or freezing or closure of an account.
Reservation Policy: Reservations at one of WallyPark’s locations can be made via WallyPark.com or via the WallyPark mobile app. Our lowest rates are available through both platforms, and reservations are based on the number of days booked, the parking option you choose (valet or self-park) and the current online rate offered by location. For your reservation, you will receive one parking space based on your choice of self-park or valet. Other service options (e.g., car wash, oil change, etc.) vary by location and will be performed as requested prior to the return date specified in your reservation. You must reserve with the valet parking option in order to purchase ancillary services. Additional charges may apply. Reservations are highly recommended versus drive-up, especially during the holidays and other peak travel times.
Upon completing the online reservation, you will be served a completed reservation page. You must print this confirmation page or have your confirmation email ready to show the cashier.
Each online or mobile reservation will be processed at time of reservation and charged to the credit card you specified when making the reservation. Cancelations can be made up to your designated check-in time by calling your local WallyPark location or going to your reservation and choosing “cancel reservation”. A refund will be issued to the credit card you used to make your reservation.
Overstay billing: Pricing is valid for the time specified at time of reservation and based on a 24-hour period. The number of days (24-hour periods) when you pre-book is what is initially charged to your credit card. If actual entry and exit time changes from that specified in your reservation upon time of booking and your elapsed time in our parking lot runs into another 24-hour period, you will be charged for an additional 24-hour period at posted (drive-up) rates by the cashier upon exit.
Prepaid cancelation policy: Cancelations can be done up to your designated check-in date/time by canceling your reservation on our lookup page, by logging into your WallyClub account or the WallyPark mobile app. A refund will be issued to the credit card you used to make your reservation if done online within 120 days of your original transaction date.
Prepaid cancelation policy 120 days or more after transaction date: Cancelation of transactions older than 120 days cannot be credited back to the card used. Instead, we can add WallyClub rewards points to your account equivalent to your reservation amount or can issue a refund check to you by mail. Please contact customer support.
Refund policy: All sales from reservations for any services are final. Any requests for refund must be submitted in writing, with detailed information including name, address, daytime phone number and any supporting documentation. Request should be mailed to: WallyPark Headquarters 707 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 4700, Los Angeles CA 90017 and will be reviewed. Refund requests will be reviewed by management, and if granted, will be refunded in the form of cashier’s check. This process may take 14 days or longer. Any free days accrued through loyalty points and used for the disputed reservation are not eligible for refund. Under no circumstances is a WallyPark facility employee allowed or able to grant refunds at any time. Failure to follow policy, reversing or disputing credit card charges will be deemed theft of services and will require legal action on the part of WallyPark and local authorities.
Edit reservation policy: Edits to reservations can be made on wallypark.com up to your designated check-in time. You can access your reservation by logging into your WallyClub account or clicking on the modify/cancel link to enter in your reservation number and last name. Note when modifying a reservation, your current reservation will be refunded and a new reservation will be created and billed. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the original reservation refund to post to your bank/credit card account.
Promo code use parameters: Promotional codes are active only for the time period specified with each code. Please see the fine copy for each individual code. Code entry is required during the online reservation process. Promotional email codes are only valid with bookings made through the “Book Now” button of the email. Cannot be combined with other offers or discounts, including military, government, senior and AAA. Senior discount is available to those 65 years of age or older. Discount cannot be applied to corporate rates. WallyPark’s rates and fees are changed on a 24 hour basis. When your travel enters into a new 24 hour window, you are charged for a new 24 hours. Your credit card is charged in full at the time that you make your reservation. No refund will be issued for unused days. Reservations cannot be modified or canceled after the scheduled reservation time and no refund will be issued. If you have an overstay on a reservation that has already been paid, you will be asked to pay the additional amount at the time of check out for the posted (drive-up) rates listed at the location. Discounted rates and promotions do not apply to days stayed beyond the reservation date/time.
Payment options: Reservations online require a valid credit or debit card in your name. If you choose to drive into a facility without a reservation, the cashier will take a valid debit or credit card, or cash at time of exit. No checks can be honored.
BANK AND CREDIT CARD FEES
Some banks and credit card companies impose fees for international transactions. If you are making a booking from outside of the United States on a US credit card, your bank may convert the payment amount to your local currency and charge you a conversion fee. This means the amount listed on your credit or bank card statement may be in your local currency and therefore a different figure than the figure shown on the billing summary page for a reservation booked on the Website. In addition, a foreign transaction fee may be assessed if the bank that issued your credit card is located outside of the United States. Booking international travel may be considered to be an international transaction by the bank or card company, since WallyPark may pass on your payment to an international travel supplier. The currency exchange rate and foreign transaction fee is determined solely by your bank on the day that they process the transaction. If you have any questions about these fees or the exchange rate applied to your booking, please contact your bank.
WallyPark offers a loyalty program called WallyClub, which enables members to create an account and accrue points toward free parking at WallyPark. For every 10 points accrued, members will receive $1.00 US toward free parking. Points can be redeemed in groups of ten (10) not to exceed your transaction subtotal. So for every 10 points you accrue, you can receive $1.00 US off your parking fee. Redeemable points will be displayed during the reservation process.
WallyPark will not be responsible for loss of data or incomplete or insufficient information entered by members. If at any point WallyPark determines your data to be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or not current, WallyPark reserves the right to either suspend or terminate your membership. WallyPark reserves the right to refuse membership to an applicant with no prior notification to the applicant. WallyPark reserves the right to modify or cancel WallyClub programs at any time. Any changes will be posted on wallypark.com. Any points or free days accrued are the property of WallyPark and may be lost upon cancelation of the program. Points are not transferrable to a third party. Points cannot be combined with points from another member.
Any technical failures to the loyalty system are not the responsibility of WallyPark. Best efforts will be made to maintain the integrity and reliability of the information provided, but WallyPark takes no responsibility for errors or inaccuracies in information.
Anyone wishing to do so can opt-in to receive promotional emails from WallyPark. Emails are sent about every two weeks and may contain special offers and/or travel tips. Opt-in users can unsubscribe from WallyPark email at any time by clicking on “unsubscribe” at the bottom of the email.
All customers using the online reservation system agree to give permission to WallyPark to contact them via email and/or phone regarding their reservation(s).

Los Angeles International (LAX) – Los Angeles, CA

Orlando International (MCO) – Orlando, FL
Philadelphia International (PHL) – Tinicum Township, PA
Lindbergh International (SAN) – San Diego, CA
Seattle Tacoma International (SEA) – Seatac, WA
Parking options such as covered/uncovered and valet/self park vary by location.
Self-Park: Self-park option with or without online reservation allows you to drive into the designated self-park area and take a ticket, which will time-stamp your arrival time. Self-parkers will either find or be directed to a self-parking space, and will be expected to roll up windows, close sun-roofs, close trunks or hatches, lock their car and take their keys, belongings and luggage. Some self-parking spaces will have a number, which should be noted by the self-parker at the time of parking, so that upon return arrival, you can alert the shuttle driver to your space number. Self-park customers will exit the parking lot via the cashier booth, and either present a printed pre-paid reservation or pay upon exit. While WallyPark makes every effort to keep your car safe, we cannot be responsible for criminal acts by third parties. Please park in a designated space, otherwise we reserve the right to move any vehicle blocking entry or exit of shuttle buses or other vehicles. Recreational vehicles are allowed, but use of toilet facilities and other full functionality is prohibited while you are parked at our facility. Not all WallyPark locations offer the self-parking option.
Valet: Valet parking is provided at various locations. The Valet option with or without reservation allows you to drive into the designated valet area and take a ticket, which will time-stamp your arrival time. Valet parkers will be directed to the valet area, where valet parkers will take the entry ticket and printed reservation if applicable. Your windows and sun roofs should be closed. After removing your luggage, your trunk or hatch should be closed. Your car should be turned off and unlocked with the key in the ignition or on the dash. Upon return, your vehicle will be pulled up and ready for your arrival if you give your ticket to the Shuttle driver (see Shuttle Service information).
WallyPark provides shuttle service to and from the terminals at each airport served. Please allow sufficient time to park and ride the shuttle to your terminal, which includes loading and unloading of luggage for you and other shuttle riders. WallyPark will not be responsible if you miss your flight or designated check-in time.
Upon parking in self-park or valet, your shuttle driver will help with your luggage as you board the shuttle. Your shuttle may wait for other passengers to arrive prior for departing to the terminal. You will be asked which airline you are traveling with, and the shuttle driver will make every effort to get you close to that airline location. Shuttle drop off will vary by airport. Please point out your luggage to the shuttle driver and make sure you have all of your belongings prior to exiting the shuttle at the terminal.
We make every effort to run our shuttles frequently to avoid wait times, but cannot control traffic, weather or construction issues. During heavy travel periods, you may need to wait for the next shuttle if the current shuttle on premises is already full. Please take note of shuttle pick-up location and/or ask your shuttle driver.
Upon arrival back to your location of origin and once you have all of your luggage, please proceed to the designated WallyPark Shuttle pick-up area. Shuttles run continuously between the WallyPark lot and the airport, but shuttle arrival time may depend on location, time of day and peak travel times.
By using WallyPark shuttles, you agree to terms that may be posted in and around the facility in regards to shuttle usage. In addition, appropriate behavior is expected from all shuttle riders. If WallyPark deems your behavior to be inappropriate, either at the facility or on the shuttle, we reserve the right to allow you to use the facility.
Shuttles are smoke-free environments, including electronic smoking devices. No firearms of any kind are allowed. Illegal activity is prohibited, including but not limited to usage or transportation of marijuana or any illegal drugs. This is always the case, even in states where marijuana is legal (it is NOT legal at the airport).
